Before, during and after

Before. Three to four months of preparation: four private sessions to create your Document or go deeper, your recorded laser session, three live webinars, and a private online circle where you watch every laser session and support each other.

During. Seven days in the countryside with a small group. Front-of-room coaching on the beliefs and thoughts that keep you small, a handbook you work in every day, and time in nature, around the fire and in the hot tub.

After. Your recordings, notes and resources stay with you, and the circle meets every month on Zoom.

The venue

A farm in the Sussex countryside

Barns, gardens and peacocks, a session room in the old barn, a fire pit and a hot tub. Everyone has a private bedroom. We keep phones in a box during sessions and take a mental holiday together.
